A.   Email us the following information:

      1.  Your first and last name;

       2.   Your requested arrival and departure date;

       3.   If your dates are flexible, a date range helps;

       4.   Are you bringing a pet;

       5.   Will you be bringing a boat and if so what type and how long is it;

       6.   Do you have a specific cabin, campsite or campsite area in mind?

       7.   Any other relevant information - number of cabins or campsites, etc

       A.1  If you wish to reserve a cabin(s):

             a)  The type of accommodation(s) you require (One, Two or Three Bedroom);

             b)  Do you require a shower in your cabin(s)?  (We have a 24 hour shower house);

             c)   The number adults over the age of 18 will be in the cabin(s); and

             d)   Do you want us to provide the bedding?  (Bringing your own saves a few bucks).

       A.2   If you wish to reserve a campsite(s):

             a)  The length your RV(s);

             b)  The type of RV(s) (pull type, fifth-wheel, motor home, tent trailer or truck camper);

             c)   The number of slides on your RV (if applicable);

             d)   Do you require power?; and

             e)   Are you wanting to run air conditioning? - You will likely require a 30amp full service site.

         A.3  If you wish to reserve a boat(s):

             a)  Do you have a boaters license? (If not we can administer a one-time rental test);

             b)   Do your require a steering wheel?; and

             c)   Are you wanting to reserve full days or 1/2 days (5 hours am or pm);

  B.  Once we have this information we will email you back a quote, then if you wish to

      proceed, provide us with the following:

     1.   Your spouses name or any other adults that will be staying in the cabin or campsite;

       2.   Number of kids 18 and under;

       3.   Your mailing address;

       4.   Your contact phone number(s) - We have full cell service at and on the lake if you have Telus, Bell or Sasktel;

       5.    and where you heard about Northern Cross Resort;

  C.   We will then send you a "confirmation email" showing you the details of your

        reservation (type of cabin, amount we quoted you, your arrival and departure

        dates and our terms and conditions.

  D.  You will have 48 hours to:

       1.  Look over the "confirmation email" and the terms and conditions;

        2.  Contact us directly by phone 1 306 986 2618 with your credit card details or leave your card details on our

                answering machine for the 50% deposit - for your own security please don't email us your card details;

        3.  Then respond to the "confirmation email" by saying

               "I, (your name), accept the terms and conditions of my reservation"

             - this is what gives us authorization to charge you card for the .

  E.   Once we have your permission, we will charge your card for the 50% deposit and

        then email you a "confirmation invoice" showing the deposit taken off of the total,

        then just pay the balance on arrival.

How do I Make a Reservation?

Cancellation Policies 2024:

1)   Our Cabin and Boat Cancellation Policy:

1.1)    If notified 45 days or more prior to arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded;

1.2)    If notified less than 45days prior to arrival we will retain 100% of your deposit;

1.3)   21 days prior to arrival you become committed to your booking in full & authorize Northern Cross Resorts Ltd. to charge the balance of your reservation to your credit card on your scheduled arrival date (even if you are late).

2)  Our Campsite Cancellation Policy:

2.1)   If notified 21 days or more prior to arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded;

2.2)   If notified less than 21 days prior to arrival we will retain 100% of your deposit;

3.3)   15 days prior to arrival you become committed to your booking in full & authorize Northern Cross Resorts Ltd. to charge the balance of your reservation to your credit card on your scheduled arrival date (even if you are late).

3)  Exceptions:

3.1)   For Boat Reservations we will refund 100% of your deposit and waive all fees if  winds exceed 30 hpr boat or if the weather network forecasts lightning or more than 5 mm of rain throughout the day you have booked to go out on;

3.2) If you depart early you will not receive a refund and we reserve the right to re-let the cabin, campsite or boat.

4)   Insurance:  If you are concerned about potentially having to cancel your trip or any accidents that may take place whilst on holiday, there are a number of insurers who will cover your trip for a fee:
